Vetz Privacy Policy
Version and effective date: 2026-11-02. Contact: legal@vetz.ai.
1. Who we are
Vetz AB, org. no. 559519-4217, Surbrunnsgatan 26, 113 48 Stockholm, Sweden ("Vetz", "we", "us"), is the controller for the processing described in this policy. Questions about privacy go to legal@vetz.ai.
In some app stores, the Vetz app is still listed under its former publisher, Dogsup AB. Vetz AB owns and operates the app and is responsible for the processing described here.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit vetz.ai, sign up for or use the Vetz service (web, iOS, Android and the API), or contact us.
It does not cover the content that our customers, such as veterinary clinics, process with Vetz, such as consultation recordings, transcripts and notes. For that content, the customer is the controller and Vetz processes the data on the customer's behalf, under a data processing agreement. If you are an animal owner and have questions about a consultation, contact your clinic.
3. The personal data we collect
Data you give us
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, professional role, and the clinic you belong to
- Billing contact details and billing history. Subscriptions are always purchased and paid on the web, never in the app. Our payment provider handles card details, and we do not store card numbers
- Messages you send to us, for example to support
- Feedback and answers to surveys
Data we collect automatically
- Usage data: which features you use, settings, errors, and times of use
- Recordings of how you use the app (session replay), to find errors and improve the product
- Device and log data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system and app version
- API usage data: which API key made a request, when, and how much was processed
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 6
- Where you came from when you signed up, such as a link or campaign
Data we receive from others
- Your clinic administrator, when they invite you
- Our payment provider, about the status of payments
- Google reCAPTCHA, an assessment of whether a signup or password reset is made by a person
